Gard Contracts carried out a non-intrusive ground level survey to compile a Schedule of Works, specifications and budget costs to assist with a feasibility study for the redevelopment of the derelict Belmont Works – a Grade II Listed, fire damaged structure.

Scope of Works

• Attend site and undertake ground level survey. Taking measurements to establish a scope of works for the repair and restoration of the brick and terracotta facades.
• Compile the report, schedule of works and associated budget costings for client’s consideration.
