The client had carried out a condition survey to identify areas requiring attention to the facades and internal areas of the building. Gard was employed to undertake the restoration project. The scope of works was as follows:

• Erect scaffolding to all elevations
• Brickwork repairs and repointing
• In situ stone restoration to window cills and heads
• Replacement stone window heads
• Resin injection to vaulted ceilings
• Redecoration of windows, rainwater goods and doors
• Render repairs
• White lining to carpark
